Almond, Banana and Avocado Smoothie with Honey ππ₯π―
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 ripe avocado
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup raw almonds (or 2 tablespoons almond butter)
A few sliced ββor chopped almonds to decorate the glass
Ice cubes
Preparation:
Peel the banana and cut into pieces.
Scoop out the avocado pulp with a spoon.
In a blender, add the banana, avocado, almond milk, honey and raw almonds (or almond butter).
Add a few ice cubes.
Blend at high speed until smooth and creamy.
Pour the smoothie into a large glass with some ice cubes, garnish with sliced ββor chopped almonds, a drizzle of honey and some banana slices.
