🍪 Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup (200g) brown sugar
½ cup (100g) white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¼ cups (280g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 cups (340g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto a baking sheet, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
