Easy Chicken, Potato, and Green Bean Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2–3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 3–5 small to medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 cans green beans (you can use about 1 ½ cans if you prefer less)
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven:
    Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
    • Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small chunks.
    • Drain the canned green beans if needed.
  3. Assemble the dish:
    • Lightly grease a large baking dish or pan.
    • Arrange the chicken pieces on one side, the potatoes in the middle, and the green beans on the other side — or mix them all together if you prefer.
    • Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.
    • Drizzle the melted butter all over the top.
  4. Bake:
    • Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
    • Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Serve:
    • Remove from the oven and carefully take off the foil.
    • Give everything a gentle stir so the flavors mix well.
    • Serve hot — it’s delicious and hearty!

Notes:

  • You can substitute fresh green beans for canned ones; just blanch them first.
  • For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of paprika, garlic powder, or shredded cheese before baking.
