Easy Chicken, Potato, and Green Bean Bake
Ingredients:
2–3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
3–5 small to medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 cans green beans (you can use about 1 ½ cans if you prefer less)
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
Instructions:
Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) .
Prepare the ingredients:
Cube the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into small chunks.
Drain the canned green beans if needed.
Assemble the dish:
Lightly grease a large baking dish or pan.
Arrange the chicken pieces on one side, the potatoes in the middle, and the green beans on the other side — or mix them all together if you prefer.
Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.
Drizzle the melted butter all over the top.
Bake:
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes , or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and carefully take off the foil.
Give everything a gentle stir so the flavors mix well.
Serve hot — it’s delicious and hearty!
Notes:
You can substitute fresh green beans for canned ones; just blanch them first.
For extra flavor, try adding a sprinkle of paprika, garlic powder, or shredded cheese before baking.
This dish tastes amazing with fresh bread or a side salad .
As the recipe says — there will be no leftovers! 😋
