Cheesy Grilled Cheese Burrito 🧀🌯
🛒 Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
1 cup cooked seasoned ground beef or chicken
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons butter (softened)
👩🍳 Directions:
Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle the center with a mix of cheddar and mozzarella.
Add ground beef or chicken, rice, sour cream, and salsa on top of the cheese.
Fold the tortilla tightly into a burrito shape.
Spread butter on the outside of the burrito.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sprinkle a little cheese directly onto the skillet.
Place burrito seam-side down on top of the cheese. Cook until the cheese melts and forms a crispy crust.
Flip and repeat with more cheese on the other side.
Slice in half and serve warm with extra salsa or sour cream.
