🍮 Creamy Sweet Dessert (No-Bake)

Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz / 350 ml) evaporated milk
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream or whipping cream
- 3 tbsp sugar (optional, to taste)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Optional toppings:
- Crushed biscuits or cookies
- Caramel syrup
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, banana slices, or mango)
- Grated chocolate or coconut
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients:
In a saucepan, combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy cream, cornstarch, sugar, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined. - Cook until creamy:
Place the pan over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens (about 8–10 minutes). Don’t let it burn — stir continuously! - Add vanilla:
Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. - Cool down:
Let it cool for a few minutes, then pour into serving bowls or a large dish. - Chill:
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (the longer, the creamier). - Serve:
Top with fruits, crushed cookies, or caramel before serving. Enjoy cold!
