🧀🥓 Cream Cheese Bacon Doritos Chicken

Main Ingredients
- 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese
- 10.5 oz can Campbell’s condensed cream of bacon soup
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Additional Ingredients (needed to complete the dish)
- 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces or strips
- 1 cup sour cream (or ¾ cup if you prefer it less creamy)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1–2 cups Nacho Cheese Doritos, lightly crushed
- ½ cup cooked bacon pieces (optional but highly recommended)
- Fresh parsley or green onion, for garnish
🍳 Instructions
1. Prep the oven & dish
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish.
2. Make the creamy bacon-cheese mixture
In a large bowl, mix together:
✔ chive & onion cream cheese
✔ cream of bacon soup
✔ sour cream
✔ mozzarella cheese
✔ garlic powder
✔ onion powder
✔ paprika
✔ black pepper
Stir until smooth and creamy.
3. Add the chicken
- Add the raw chicken pieces to the mixture.
- Toss to coat everything evenly.
4. Assemble the casserole
- Spread the creamy chicken mixture into the baking dish.
- Top with half of the crushed Doritos.
- Cover with foil.
5. Bake
- Bake for 25 minutes covered.
- Remove foil, top with the remaining crushed Doritos and bacon pieces.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes, until bubbling and the chicken is fully cooked.
Internal chicken temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
6. Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onion.
Serve with:
- rice
- mashed potatoes
- a side salad
- steamed veggies

💡 Tips & Variations
Spicy version
- Use Spicy Nacho or Flamin’ Hot Doritos
- Add ½ tsp cayenne
Extra cheesy
- Add ½ cup cheddar or pepper jack
Make it a pasta bake
- Add 3 cups cooked pasta to the mixture
Low effort slow cooker version
- Mix everything except Doritos
- Cook on LOW for 4–5 hours
- Top with crushed Doritos right before serving
