Ingredients (4 servings)
For the avocado mousse:

β’ 120 ml heavy cream (cold)

β’ Salt & black pepper to taste
β’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β’ Fresh dill (optional)
For assembling:
β’ 150β200 g smoked salmon, sliced
β’ Lemon zest
β’ Fresh dill or chives
β’ Pomegranate seeds (optional, for a Christmas touch)

Instructions

- Add avocado flesh, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic into a blender.
- Blend until completely smooth.
- In a bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until fluffy but not fully stiff.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the avocado mixture to create an airy mousse.
- Chill for 20β30 minutes for best texture.
