  • 1 tsp pickle relish or 1 tsp finely chopped dill pickle

  • ¼ tsp paprika (optional)
  • 1 tsp fresh dill or parsley (optional but excellent)

For the Sandwich

  • 4–6 slices soft bread (white, brioche, wheat, or sourdough)
  • Butter or mayo for spreading (optional)
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

1. Hard-Boil the Eggs

  1. Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a full boil.
  3. Turn off heat, cover, and let sit 10–12 minutes.
