Ingredients (7 total)

  1. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat)
  2. 1 cup oat flour (or blend oats into flour)
  3. 1 tsp baking powder
  4. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  5. 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
  6. 1 egg (or 2 egg whites for lower calories)
  7. Pinch salt

1. Preheat

Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
