Ingredients (7 total)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat)
- 1 cup oat flour (or blend oats into flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp zero-calorie sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or monk fruit)
- 1 egg (or 2 egg whites for lower calories)
- Pinch salt

1. Preheat
Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a small baking pan or muffin pan with parchment or spray lightly.
2. Mix dry ingredients
In a bowl, whisk:

- Salt
3. Add wet ingredients
Add:
- Greek yogurt
