1. Prepare the Pastry
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll puff pastry into a flat rectangle.
- If desired, lightly brush the surface with mustard for flavor.
2. Add the Sausage Filling
- Evenly spread the sausage meat down the center of the pastry.
- Sprinkle the cheese generously over the sausage.

3. Roll & Slice
