  • ⅓ cup cranberry juice (100% juice recommended)
  • ½ tsp vanilla bean paste (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
  • 1–2 shots freshly brewed espresso (or ⅓ cup strong coffee)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or sugar (optional, to taste)

Optional Garnishes

  • Whipped cream
  • Dried cranberries
  • Orange zest
  • A cinnamon stick
  • Drizzle of cranberry syrup

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Warm the Cranberry Base

  1. In a small saucepan, add the cranberry juice and vanilla bean paste.
  2. Heat gently on low for 1–2 minutes, just until warm — do not boil or it may separate.

2. Steam or Heat the Oat Milk

  1. Add the oat milk to the saucepan.
  2. Warm over medium-low heat until hot and steamy, whisking occasionally.
  3. Optional: Froth with a handheld frother for extra creaminess.

3. Brew Your Espresso

Prepare 1–2 shots espresso (or very strong coffee).
Pour into your mug.


4. Combine

Slowly pour the warm cranberry–vanilla oat milk over the espresso in the mug.
Sweeten with maple syrup or sugar if desired.


5. Garnish (Optional but Festive!)

  • Top with whipped cream
  • Add a sprinkle of dried cranberries
