Cheesy Mashed Potato Puffs

Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes (smooth, no lumps)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or mix)
1 large egg
¼ cup milk or cream
2 tbsp butter (melted)
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped spring onions or parsley (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Mixture
Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F .
In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, egg, milk, butter, and flour.
Mix until smooth.
Add cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and herbs.
Mix gently until well combined.
Step 2: Fill & Shape
Grease a mini muffin tray or line with silicone cups.
Spoon mixture into each cavity, filling almost to the top.
Sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
Step 3: Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffed.
Broil/grill for 2–3 minutes for extra crisp tops (optional).

Serve hot with sour cream , garlic mayo , or ketchup
