Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites
Ingredients
200 g Brie cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
¼ cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
1 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)
½ tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional but recommended)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Crackers or toothpicks, for serving
Instructions
Prepare the pistachio coating
In a small bowl, mix the finely chopped pistachios with rosemary (if using) and a pinch of black pepper.
Coat the Brie
Gently press each Brie cube into the pistachio mixture, coating all sides. If the nuts don’t stick easily, lightly drizzle or brush the Brie with a tiny bit of honey first.
Chill (optional but helpful)
Place the coated Brie bites on a plate and refrigerate for 10–15 minutes to help them firm up.
Serve
Arrange on a serving platter, drizzle lightly with honey, and serve with toothpicks or crackers.
Optional Variations
Sweet twist: Add a pinch of cinnamon or orange zest to the pistachios
Savory version: Skip the honey and add a pinch of flaky sea salt
Extra crunch: Roll the Brie in pistachios mixed with breadcrumbs
