🛒 Ingredients
500 g (about 1 lb) ground turkey
2 cups prepared stuffing (boxed stuffing or homemade, cooled)
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
¼ cup milk or turkey/chicken broth
1 tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
1–2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (for baking)
👩‍🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the stuffing
If using boxed stuffing, prepare it according to package directions and let it cool slightly.
Mix everything together
In a large bowl, combine:
Ground turkey
Stuffing
Onion and garlic
Egg
Milk or broth
Poultry seasoning, salt, pepper
Parsley (if using)
Mix gently until just combined (don’t overmix or they’ll be tough).
Shape the balls
Roll the mixture into golf-ball–sized balls and place them on the baking tray.
Brush for crispiness
Lightly brush or drizzle the tops with olive oil or melted butter.
Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, turning once halfway, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 74°C / 165°F).
