Creamy Steak Bites Spaghetti with Spinach

Ingredients
For the steak
450 g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the pasta
250–300 g spaghetti
Salt (for pasta water)
For the creamy sauce
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream (or cooking cream)
½ cup milk
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Add-ins
2–3 cups fresh spinach
Extra Parmesan for topping
Instructions
Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
Prepare the steak
Cut steak into bite-sized cubes.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Remove steak from the pan and set aside.
Make the creamy sauce
In the same pan, lower heat to medium.
Add butter and garlic; sauté for about 30 seconds.
Pour in cream and milk, stirring gently.
Add Parmesan, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes.
Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Add spinach
Stir in spinach and cook until just wilted (about 1 minute).
Combine everything
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce.
Toss well, adding reserved pasta water if needed.
Return steak bites to the pan and gently mix.
Cook 1–2 more minutes until everything is warm and coated.
Serve
Top with extra Parmesan and black pepper.
Serve immediately.
Tips & Variations
Extra creamy: Add 2 tbsp cream cheese.
Healthier: Use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
No steak? Swap with chicken or mushrooms.
More flavor: Add a squeeze of lemon at the end.
