Salmon with lemon and herbs in an air fryer

Things you need

Two pieces of salmon

2 teaspoons of olive oil

1 tsp. salt

½ teaspoon of black pepper

1 teaspoon of dried Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence

1 sliced lemon

Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Optional sides: cherry tomatoes and sliced potatoes

How to do it

Put parchment paper in the bottom of the air fryer basket.

Put the salmon fillets in the basket with the skin side down.

Pour olive oil evenly over the salmon.

Add salt, black pepper, and dry herbs to taste.

Add lemon slices and fresh herbs on top.

If you’re using tomatoes and potatoes, put them around the fish.

Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) before you start cooking.

Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Carefully take it out and let it sit for two minutes before serving.

Ideas for Serving

You can serve it with roasted potatoes or a salad made with fresh greens.

Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice at the end.
