Easy Grandma’s apple pie
Ingredients:
2 whole eggs
2 apples
1/2 glass of white sugar
1/2 glass of seed oil
1/2 glass of milk
1 bag of baking powder (16 g)
2 glasses + 1/2 flour type 00
a pinch of lemon or orange aroma
icing sugar to taste
PREPARATION:
We whip eggs with sugar.
Then add milk, oil, flour and yeast.
Now pour the mixture into a cake mold lined with baking paper.
Peel the apples, cut them into marigolds and place them on the dough.
Bake in a preheated oven for 180 ° 40-45 minutes.
Decorate with icing sugar.
