Filet Mignon with Mustard 🍽️🥩
Ingredients:
- 2 cutlet fillets (approximately 200g each)
 - 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon of butter
 - 100 ml of fresh cream
 - 1 shallot (finely chopped)
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - A few sprouts of fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix the Dijon mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper.
 - Generously bask in tender fillets with this mustard mix.
 - Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
 - Add the fillet fillets to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for a slow cook, or adjust to your liking.
 - Remove the nets from the frying pan and let them sit for a few minutes under aluminum foil.
 - In the same pan, add the shallots and simmer for about 2 minutes.
 - Add sour cream and let simmer for 2-3 minutes until you get a creamy sauce.
 - Put the fillets back in the frying pan to coat them well in the sauce.
 - Serve hot fillets, topped with fresh parsley.
