🧀 Cheesy Bread Recipe

Ingredients
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Optional toppings: extra mozzarella, parsley, red pepper flakes, or a side of marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
🔹 Step 1: Preheat
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) .
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
🔹 Step 2: Mix the Dough
In a medium bowl, combine:
Mozzarella
Parmesan
Egg
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning
Stir well until everything is fully combined and forms a sticky, cheesy dough.
🔹 Step 3: Shape & Bake
Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet — form a rectangle or circle about ¼ inch thick .
Bake for 10–12 minutes , or until golden brown and bubbling around the edges.
🔹 Step 4: Add More Cheese (Optional but AMAZING)
Sprinkle a little extra mozzarella on top and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes , just until melted and gooey.
🔹 Step 5: Slice & Serve
Let cool for a minute or two, then slice into sticks or squares .
Serve warm with marinara sauce , ranch , or garlic butter for dipping.
💡 Tips & Variations
Make it spicy: Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the mix.
Add crunch: Sprinkle breadcrumbs or almond flour before baking.
