🥔 Parmesan Baked Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika (optional, for color and flavor)
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional — basil, oregano, thyme)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil. - Prepare the coating:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and herbs. Stir until well mixed. - Coat the potatoes:
Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until each piece is evenly coated with the Parmesan mixture. - Arrange on baking sheet:
Lay the wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down if possible. Sprinkle any remaining Parmesan mixture over the top. - Bake:
Bake for 30–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside. - Serve:
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with a bit more Parmesan and chopped parsley, and serve hot!
