  • 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon
  • ½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp powdered)
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder (or ½ tsp grated fresh turmeric)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
  • Pinch of black pepper (helps absorb turmeric)

🍋 Instructions

  1. Warm the water until it’s comfortable to drink.
  2. Add lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, and black pepper.
  3. Stir well and let steep for about 5 minutes.
