💚 Liver-Supporting Lemon–Ginger–Turmeric Drink
🛒 Ingredients
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
½ tsp grated fresh ginger (or ¼ tsp powdered)
¼ tsp turmeric powder (or ½ tsp grated fresh turmeric)
1 tsp honey (optional, to taste)
Pinch of black pepper (helps absorb turmeric)
🍋 Instructions
Warm the water until it’s comfortable to drink.
Add lemon juice , ginger , turmeric , and black pepper .
Stir well and let steep for about 5 minutes .
Strain if desired, then add honey to taste.
Drink once daily in the morning, on an empty stomach or before breakfast.
