🍓 Layered Cream, Biscuit & Fruit Dessert

(No-bake, ready in minutes)

Ingredients

  • 1 pack tea biscuits / digestive biscuits / graham crackers
  • 2 cups (480 ml) cold heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp sugar or powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, mango, berries, etc.)
  • Optional:
    • ½ cup cream cheese or mascarpone (for thicker cream)
    • Fruit jam or syrup
    • Crushed nuts for topping

Instructions

1. Prepare the Cream Layer

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream + sugar + vanilla until soft, fluffy peaks form.
  2. (Optional) Add cream cheese or mascarpone and beat until smooth for a richer texture.

2. Prepare the Fruit

  • Slice your fruits into small pieces.
  • If using berries, leave them whole or slice if large.

(You can also mix them with 1 teaspoon sugar or a spoon of jam to make them juicier.)


3. Layer the Dessert

Use a glass dish, dessert cups, or a trifle bowl.

Layer order:

  1. Biscuits (dip quickly in milk or juice if you want them softer)
  2. Cream
  3. Fruits

Repeat: Biscuits → Cream → Fruits

Finish with a layer of cream on top.


4. Chill

Refrigerate for 2–4 hours so the biscuits soften and flavors blend.
(Overnight is even better!)


5. Serve

Top with:

  • Fresh fruits
  • Crushed biscuits
  • Nuts
  • A drizzle of honey or chocolate
