🌟 Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

🥣 Instructions
1. Prep the potatoes
- Wash and peel the potatoes (peeling is optional).
- Slice them evenly, about 1/4 inch thick.
- Optional: soak slices in cold water for 15–20 minutes to remove excess starch — helps them get crispier.
- Pat dry thoroughly with a towel.
2. Season the potatoes
- Place potato slices in a large bowl.
- Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Air fry
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer in the basket (do not overcrowd; you may need 2 batches).
- Air fry for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
4. Serve
- Remove from the air fryer, sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired.
- Serve hot as a side dish, snack, or with dipping sauces like ketchup, aioli, or sour cream.
