🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in garlicky parmesan goodness!
✅ Ingredients
- 16 oz (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed, rinsed, and halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil (or melted butter)
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
🔥 Instructions
1. Preheat oven
- Set to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare Brussels sprouts
- Pat dry after rinsing (this helps them crisp).
- Place in a large mixing bowl.
3. Season
- Add olive oil (or melted butter).
- Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
- Toss until everything is well coated.
4. Add Parmesan
- Sprinkle ¼ cup grated Parmesan and toss again.
5. Arrange on baking sheet
- Spread Brussels sprouts cut-side down on a parchment-lined or lightly greased tray.
- This helps them get extra crispy.
6. Bake
- Roast for 22–28 minutes, depending on size.
- Stir halfway through or leave untouched if you want extra crisp on the cut side.
- They’re done when golden brown and crispy on the edges.
7. Finish
- Sprinkle with more Parmesan immediately after removing from the oven.
- (Optional) Drizzle a little lemon juice for brightness.
