**🎄 Creamy Goat Cheese Wreath
with Figs, Pistachios, Honey & Balsamic Glaze**
Ingredients
- 10 oz goat cheese (soft, spreadable)
- 6–8 fresh figs, quartered
- 1/3 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1–2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves removed
- Optional: crackers, crostini, or toasted baguette for serving
Instructions
1. Shape the Goat Cheese
- Place the goat cheese in a mixing bowl and soften by stirring with a spoon or spatula.
- Spoon the cheese onto a serving plate in a ring or wreath shape.
- Tip: Use the bottom of a glass to help press the center open if needed.
- Smooth the edges with a spoon for a clean, round wreath.
2. Add the Figs
- Arrange the quartered figs evenly around the top of the goat cheese wreath.
- Keep the skin side up and the cut side visible for a pretty, jewel-like look.
3. Add Pistachios & Thyme
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios generously over the figs and cheese.
- Add fresh thyme leaves for aroma and color.
4. Drizzle with Honey & Balsamic Glaze
- Drizzle honey over the figs and goat cheese.
- Finish with a thin drizzle of balsamic glaze for richness and tang.
- Add a few extra thyme leaves for brightness.
5. Serve
- Pair with crackers, crostini, sliced baguette, or apple slices.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving (drizzle honey just before serving).
Tips
- For extra holiday flair, add pomegranate seeds for sparkle.
- Swap figs for roasted grapes when out of season.
- Use whipped goat cheese (beat with 1–2 tbsp cream) for a super smooth base.
