Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Whip the cream
Beat cold heavy cream on medium-high until stiff peaks form (3–4 min). - Add condensed milk
Gently fold in the condensed milk until smooth and uniform—do NOT overmix. - Freeze
Pour into a loaf pan or airtight container.
Cover and freeze 6 hours or overnight. - Serve
Scoop and enjoy! Creamy, scoopable, perfect.
Flavor Ideas:
- Vanilla → 1–2 tsp vanilla extract
- Chocolate → ½ cup cocoa powder
- Strawberry → purée 1 cup berries and fold in
- Cookies & Cream → fold in crushed Oreos

- 1 cup whole milk
- Âľ cup sugar
Instructions
- Mix base
Whisk milk + sugar until sugar dissolves completely.
Chill this mixture. - Whip cream
Whip until soft peaks form. - Combine
Fold whipped cream into the sweet milk mixture until smooth. - Freeze
Freeze in a sealed container for 6–8 hours, stirring once at the 2-hour mark for extra creaminess (optional).
