For the Soup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced

🥣 Instructions
1. Start the soup
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

2. Make the dumpling dough
