🍔🧄 Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

⭐ Ingredients
For the Cheeseburger Filling
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded (or small cheese cubes)
- Optional add-ins: diced pickles, bacon bits, jalapeños
For the Dough
- 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits or 8 small balls of pizza dough
Garlic Parmesan Butter
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning
🧑🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Burger Filling
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft.
- Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute more.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheddar (or add cheese cubes later inside each bomb).
2. Assemble the Bombs
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Flatten each biscuit or dough ball into a circle about 4–5 inches wide.
- Spoon 1–2 tbsp of the beef mixture into the center.
- Add extra cheese in the middle if using cubes.
- Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
3. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley in a small bowl.
Brush each bomb generously with the mixture.
4. Bake
Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Brush again with any remaining garlic-Parmesan butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
