For the Dough

  • 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits or 8 small balls of pizza dough

Garlic Parmesan Butter

  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • Optional: pinch of Italian seasoning

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Make the Burger Filling

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onions until beef is browned and onions are soft.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook 1 minute more.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in shredded cheddar (or add cheese cubes later inside each bomb).

2. Assemble the Bombs

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Flatten each biscuit or dough ball into a circle about 4–5 inches wide.
  3. Spoon 1–2 tbsp of the beef mixture into the center.
  4. Add extra cheese in the middle if using cubes.
  5. Fold the dough up and around the filling, pinching to seal tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

3. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Butter

Mix melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, and parsley in a small bowl.

Brush each bomb generously with the mixture.

4. Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Brush again with any remaining garlic-Parmesan butter as soon as they come out of the oven.
