  • Ranch
  • Sweet chili sauce
  • Honey mustard

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken Mixture

  1. Finely dice chicken breast into very small cubes (¼ inch pieces).
  2. In a large bowl combine:
    • diced chicken
    • eggs
    • mozzarella and cheddar
    • mayo or sour cream
    • flour
    • garlic
    • parsley
    • salt, pepper, paprika
  3. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 20–30 minutes — this step helps the mix firm up so fritters hold their shape.

2. Cook the Fritters

  1. Heat 2–3 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Scoop fritter mixture using a spoon or scoop (2–3 tbsp per fritter).
  3. Drop portions into skillet and gently flatten them with the spoon.
  4. Cook 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and chicken is fully cooked through.
  5. Transfer to a paper towel–lined plate.

3. Serve

Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
