🧀🥓 Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Sticks

- 1 sheet rectangular puff pastry (refrigerated section)
- 250 g sour cream
- 120 g smoked ham, cubed
- Grated cheese of your choice (about 80–120 g) — cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, etc.
🧑🍳 FULL RECIPE
1. Prepare the Pastry
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Roll out your puff pastry sheet on a clean surface (keep it rectangular).
2. Add the Filling
- Spread sour cream evenly over the entire puff pastry.
- Sprinkle the cubed smoked ham across the pastry.
- Add a generous layer of grated cheese on top.
3. Shape the Sticks
- Fold the pastry in half lengthwise (like a long book).
- Press lightly so everything sticks together.
- With a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into 1–1.5 cm wide strips.
- Take each strip and twist it to create spiral sticks.
- Place them on the prepared baking tray.
4. Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden, puffed, and crispy.
5. Serve
Serve warm or room temperature — perfect with:
- Mustard dip
- Sour cream dip
- Spicy mayo
- Garlic herb sauce
