🎁 Homemade Baileys Irish Cream
Ingredients
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup whiskey (Irish whiskey is traditional, but any smooth whiskey works)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Optional add-ins (if you want extra depth):
- 1 tsp instant coffee granules
- Pinch of salt
- ½–1 tsp almond extract
🥣 Instructions
- Blend the base (low speed)
- In a blender, add the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder (and instant coffee if using).
- Blend on low for just a few seconds until smooth.
- Add the whiskey
- Pour in the 1 cup of whiskey.
- Blend again on low for 5–10 seconds until fully combined.
- Taste and adjust
- Add more vanilla for sweetness, more cocoa for chocolate flavor, or a splash more whiskey if you want it stronger.
- Bottle it
- Pour the mixture into clean glass bottles or jars.
- Seal tightly.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before gifting or serving—this helps the flavors meld beautifully.

- Lasts up to 2–4 weeks in the fridge (shake before using).
