  • ¼ cup milk (dairy, almond, coconut, or oat)
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Festive Toppings (optional but beautiful!)

  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Fresh orange zest
  • Crushed pistachios
  • Fresh berries
  • Extra honey drizzle
  • Mint leaves

🎄 Instructions

1. Make the Base

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together:
    • ricotta
    • milk
    • honey
    • vanilla
    • cinnamon
    • pinch of salt
  2. Mix until creamy and fully combined.

2. Add the Chia Seeds

Stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

3. Chill

Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or overnight for a thicker, creamier pudding.

4. Serve Festive-Style

Stir once more and spoon into a glass or bowl.
Top with pomegranate, pistachios, orange zest, or berries for a holiday pop of color.

💡 Tips & Variations

  • Sweeter pudding: Increase honey to 2–3 tbsp.
  • Extra creamy: Add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt or mascarpone.
  • More holiday flavor: Add a dash of nutmeg or ginger.
  • Layered version: Alternate pudding with cranberry compote for a red-and-white Christmas parfait.
