💡 Tips & Variations
- Extra caramelization: Add a second drizzle of honey halfway through roasting.
- Spicy version: Add chili flakes to the honey before drizzling.
- Nut-free: Replace walnuts with toasted pumpkin seeds.
- Make ahead: Roast Brussels sprouts earlier in the day; reheat 5 minutes at 400°F (200°C) before assembling.
