🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower (Better Than Meat!)
Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower , cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika (smoked if you have it)
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Optional Add-Ons (Highly Recommended)
¼ teaspoon chili flakes (for heat)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan (extra crisp & flavor)
Fresh parsley or cilantro , chopped
Squeeze of lemon juice after roasting
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
2️⃣ Season
Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl
Add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt & pepper
Toss until evenly coated
3️⃣ Arrange
Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer
Don’t overcrowd (this is key for crispiness)
4️⃣ Roast
Roast for 25–30 minutes
Flip halfway through
For extra crisp edges, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end
5️⃣ Finish
Sprinkle Parmesan (if using) and roast 2 more minutes
Finish with lemon juice and fresh herbs

Dry cauliflower well before seasoning
Use high heat (425°F / 220°C)
Space the florets out
Don’t skip flipping halfway
