🍎🍌 Healthy Oatmeal Breakfast Bake (No Flour, No Sugar)
Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal (rolled oats)
1 glass milk (about 240 ml – dairy or plant milk)
1 apple , peeled & chopped
1 banana , sliced
3 eggs
60 g walnuts , chopped
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment
2️⃣ Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk eggs and milk
Add banana slices and mash slightly
3️⃣ Add Dry Ingredients
Stir in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt
Fold in apple pieces and walnuts
4️⃣ Bake
Pour mixture into baking dish
Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden
5️⃣ Serve
Let cool 5–10 minutes
Slice and enjoy warm 🌞
