Tender Chicken Delight (Creamy & Cheesy)

Ingredients
For the Chicken
500 g boneless chicken breast (cut into cubes or strips)
1 tsp salt (or to taste)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika or chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp oil or butter
For the Creamy Sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
1 cup fresh cream or cooking cream
½ cup milk
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp red chili flakes (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Finish
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 tbsp parmesan cheese (optional)
Optional Add-ins
Mushrooms (sliced)
Bell peppers
Sweet corn
Instructions
Step 1: Marinate the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Mix well and let it marinate for 10–15 minutes .
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
Heat oil or butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until lightly golden and tender (about 6–8 minutes ).
Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 3: Prepare the Creamy Sauce
In the same pan, add butter and olive oil.
Sauté onions until soft and translucent.
Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds .
Stir in cream and milk.
Add oregano, basil, chili flakes, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Step 4: Combine & Cheese It Up
Add cooked chicken back into the sauce.
Mix well and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Add mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
Stir until the cheese melts and sauce becomes rich and creamy.
Step 5: Final Touch
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Garnish with fresh parsley or extra cheese if desired.
