🍯🍗 Honey Soy Glazed Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1 lb chicken wings
2 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Wings
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) .
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels.
Toss wings with olive oil, black pepper, and paprika.
2. Bake the Wings
Arrange wings on a lined baking sheet or wire rack.
Bake for 40–45 minutes , flipping halfway, until crispy and cooked through.
3. Make the Honey Soy Glaze
In a small saucepan over medium heat , add garlic and olive oil.
Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and chili flakes.
Simmer 4–6 minutes until thick and glossy.
4. Glaze the Wings
Toss baked wings in the honey soy glaze until fully coated.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
Tips
For crispier wings, bake on a wire rack
Add grated ginger for extra depth
Swap honey for maple syrup if desired
