Poached eggs in the air fryer are shockingly easy, no swirling water, no vinegar, no stress.
Ingredients (Makes 1–4 eggs)
Eggs (as many as you like)
Hot water
Nonstick spray or a little oil
Equipment
Air fryer
Oven-safe ramekins or silicone cups
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Prepare ramekins
Lightly grease each ramekin. Crack 1 egg into each.
Add hot water
Carefully pour 2–3 tablespoons hot water into each ramekin (enough to surround the egg white).
Air fry Place ramekins in the basket.
5 minutes → runny yolk
6 minutes → medium yolk
7 minutes → firmer yolk
Remove & serve
Lift eggs out with a spoon, or tip gently onto toast.
