Lime–Ginger Joint Relief Drink
Ingredients

2 fresh limes

1–2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated or crushed

1 cup warm water (not boiling)

½ teaspoon turmeric powder (optional but helpful)

1 teaspoon raw honey (optional, for taste)

A pinch of black pepper (only if using turmeric)

Instructions

Juice the limes into a glass (remove seeds).

Add the grated ginger to the lime juice.

Pour in warm water and stir well.

Add turmeric and a pinch of black pepper (improves turmeric absorption).

Sweeten with honey if desired.

Stir again and let it sit for 3–5 minutes.

Strain (optional) and drink.
