🫐 Blueberry Yogurt Clusters Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or powdered sugar (to taste)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt
In a bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, honey (or powdered sugar), and vanilla until smooth and creamy. - Add blueberries
Gently fold in the blueberries until they’re fully coated with yogurt. - Form clusters
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Spoon small mounds (about 1–2 tablespoons each) onto the tray, spacing them apart. - Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer for 1½–2 hours, or until fully firm. - Serve or store
Enjoy straight from the freezer, or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen.
