3 large eggs , separated

🔥 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven
Preheat to 300°F (150°C) .
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or a silicone mat).
2. Beat the egg whites
Place egg whites in a clean, dry bowl.
Add cream of tartar and beat using an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form (they should stand up when you lift the beaters).
3. Mix the yolk base
In another bowl, combine egg yolks , softened cream cheese , salt , and any herbs or garlic powder .
Beat until smooth and creamy — no lumps should remain.
4. Fold together
Gently fold the yolk mixture into the beaten whites using a spatula.
Work slowly to avoid deflating the fluffy egg whites — you want to keep the batter airy.
5. Shape and bake
Spoon or pipe the mixture into 6 mounds (for buns) or shape into 2–3 small loaves on the prepared baking sheet.
Smooth the tops slightly with a spoon.
Bake for 25–30 minutes , or until golden brown and slightly firm to the touch.
6. Cool
Let cool completely on the baking sheet — they’ll firm up a bit as they rest.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days , or freeze up to 2 weeks .
