Egg & Bacon Sliders

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
  • 6 thin slices of cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, cut into halves (6 pieces)
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toothpicks

Instructions

1. Prepare the Avocado Spread

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice.
  2. Add cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until creamy and smooth. Set aside.

2. Slice the Eggs

  1. Carefully slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise.
  2. You will use each half as the “bun” for your sliders.

3. Assemble the Sliders

  1. Take one egg half (flat side down) and add a small spoonful of the avocado mixture on top.
  2. Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the avocado.
  3. Add a piece of bacon.
  4. Top with the second egg half to form a mini slider.
  5. Secure the slider with a toothpick.

4. Serve

  • Arrange sliders on a plate and serve immediately.
  • These are perfect as a protein-packed snack, appetizer, or low-carb breakfast bite.
