Egg & Bacon Sliders
Ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, peeled
6 thin slices of cheddar cheese
3 slices cooked bacon, cut into halves (6 pieces)
1 avocado
½ tsp lime juice
½ tsp cumin
Salt and pepper, to taste
Toothpicks
Instructions
1. Prepare the Avocado Spread
In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice.
Add cumin, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy and smooth. Set aside.
2. Slice the Eggs
Carefully slice each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise .
You will use each half as the “bun” for your sliders.
3. Assemble the Sliders
Take one egg half (flat side down) and add a small spoonful of the avocado mixture on top.
Place a slice of cheddar cheese over the avocado.
Add a piece of bacon.
Top with the second egg half to form a mini slider.
Secure the slider with a toothpick.
4. Serve
Arrange sliders on a plate and serve immediately.
These are perfect as a protein-packed snack, appetizer, or low-carb breakfast bite.
